Mustafa went beyond the call
Mustafa went beyond the call of duty to resolve an issue with my tenancy. He put a lot of time and energy to ensure that I got off to a good start with my tenancy. Moving house can be stressful, but Mustafa was there to help ease some of that stress for me. He responded to emails, texts and calls promptly. He has excellent interpersonal skills which is essential to providing a good customer service.

A fantastic experience using
A fantastic experience using Ellis and Co. We purchased a house marketed by them. Smooth sales progression, no hounding of us as purchasers and an understanding approach (slight delay in our mortgage valuation was met by the agents with patience). Always prompt in liaising with vendors on our behalf, and excellent negotiating skills. Success for all parties involved. Thank you Mustafa and Umut for all your efforts. Gentleman rather than typical cowboy 'just out of school' agents.

At the beginning of my property search, Mustafa at Ellis and Co provided me with the most honest advice on location. After having met with many agents, he was certainly the most helpful, honest and friendly. Three years on, as a result of his advice the property has not only increased in value but I realise the location could not have been better.

Mustafa completely changed
Mustafa completely changed our perception of the Estate Agent. Our previous experiences were negative, where agents were brash, thoughtless and driven by sales rather than customer focus. Mustafa was honest, sincere and consistent throughout. Mustafa responded in a timely manner, always returning calls and answering our queries appropriately. Mustafa has fantastic interpersonal skills and is very customer focused and we were treated with respect and integrity. I have known Ellis and Co for
I have known Ellis and Co for several years, firstly through purchasing my flat and then for the last 2 years they have been managing the flat as a rental property. They are always efficient and helpful both in the sales role and then the management role. They turn around requests quickly, have a very good understanding of the local area and market and carry out frequent checks on the property keeping me informed of any events. I would recommend them to people buying/selling or leasing their property in the South Tottenham area.

I was looking for a property
I was looking for a property to rent quite urgently for myself, wife and two children. The Team at Ellis were highly efficient in understanding my needs and budget bracket. Would you believe that within a couple of weeks, I had seen my ideal property and closed on the agreement and given the keys to my new home. Mustafa presented highly
Mustafa presented highly professional and with integrity. He communicates well and was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in timely manner. He is honest and upfront, he was also respectful of our views and took on board our thoughts and wishes. He remained calm and supportive during stressful times and was able to be objective and could see other's perspectives. As we all know that buying a home can be very stressful and Mustafa was consistent and available to manage some of the stresses that come with the territory. Thank you Mustafa, it was good to work with you in acquiring our new home. You were helpful and prompt when we raised any issues/concerns. With your support and help, we now own the home we wanted. I would highly recommend Mustafa, he is fantastic!.

It is my pleasure to write
It is my pleasure to write this review of the Tottenham branch of Ellis & Co. and Kutlay Akpinar. After accepting a job offer in London, I found myself with less than two months to find a place to live. Kutlay was the first and only to personally follow up on online inquiries I'd made to various agents. Because I was still in the process of securing permission to work in the UK and had, prior to that, only been here for a few years as an overseas postgraduate student, my paper trail was not the most straightforward. Nevertheless, he decided I'd make a good tenant and helped me get into a flat ahead of my starting date that was both well within my budget and much better than I'd dared to hope for. All in all, Kutlay is friendly and conscientious, and he clearly has an excellent instinct for his profession. He was very honest about every stage of the process, both procedural and tacit, and in explaining so much and so well made the real estate practices of another culture legible to me. I was made to feel welcome in London. Apartment-hunting and moving can be very stressful, but that stress this time around was diminished by the wonderful people with whom I interacted at Ellis & Co. I recommend this agent without reservation.
