I found John Ellis & Co - Tottenham extremely helpful when it came to looking for a home to rent. The overall experience was very pleasant, with a personal touch on the day that I moved in. Had the most amazing experience with Kutlay Akpinar & Emilia Harwood. They are so professional and made my move as stress-free as possible. The Ellis&Co Tottenham
The Ellis&Co Tottenham team were a pleasure to deal with when we rented our home from them. Since moving in there have been a couple maintenance issues which were responded too very quickly by the maintenance team. Everyone was always friendly, helpful and very professional. I was very satisfied with the service, they always returned my calls the same day. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to other people. Thank you Emilia and Kay.

i am so grateful to this
i am so grateful to this agency. my first time in london. everything went so smoothly with finding the apartment and sorting out the contracts. everything got sorted really quickly and efficently with the minimum of fuss. when i came to leave slightly earlier than planned they sorted everything painlessly. would definately use again and WILL reccommend! 5 stars!!

Ellis and Co Tottenham branch were an absolute delight to deal with. they were very helpful and very communicative. Special mention must go to Emilia Harwood, who was able to deal with any query we had in a very efficient manner. All members of the branch were very fair, honest and reliable. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone I knew who was looking for a new property.

Mustafa was the third agent
Mustafa was the third agent we used to sell our property and by far the best. He was open and upfront about everything, always gave feedback on viewings, returned our calls and emails promptly and was always polite and pleasant to deal with. On an extremely stressful exchange day, when our buyer was mucking us about and it all looked like it might go pear shaped, Mustafa stepped in even though he was off sick at home. He talked our buyer round to seeing that his demands were unreasonable and that the original completion date was the best one. You can't ask for more than that. I would highly recommend Mustafa if you are looking to sell your home or buy one.

My property was being let
My property was being let after a period with long term tenants therefore I found the advice provided by the agents to be very helpful in terms of type and standard of refurbishment required, possible tenants and realistic expected rental. Once the house was refurbished they were able to provide me with excellent tenants, with good references who moved in in October 2012. The tenants have been excellent so far, rent paid on time, property being respected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this agent to any Landlord.

Since two years I'm renting
Since two years I'm renting property from Ellis and co. Estate agency. I'm very happy with the service they provide, because they work there very friendly and dedicated people to the customer. An example is Mrs. Emilia Harwood, who is always willing to help when you have a problem, and manager Kay Ali, who quickly responds to any defects, etc. Personally, I recommend using the services of this Agency.

I am an overseas landlord who
I am an overseas landlord who recently let a newbuild with Ellis & Co, Tottenham. Mustafa, Emilia and Kutlay did a wonderful job with liasing with the developers for the keys handover. They conducted viewings immediately and did not take long to find a tenant. The team also provided good advice on realistic rentals and how best to let the property. The team knows the area very well. Fuss free and highly recommended. Rental payments have been remitted to us promptly each month.

I recently sold my property
I recently sold my property through Ellis & Co in West Green Road, and I would thoroughly recommend them. Throughout the whole process, I was kept updated, my emails/phone calls were answered promptly and the staff were always courteous, patient, well-informed and professional. In addition, they were helpful without being 'pushy' in the slightest, which further increased my confidence in them. They also managed this property when I rented it out for several years previously, and during that time they consistently maintained the same high standards. In the past, I have dealt with several estate agents for selling, buying and renting, and (in my experience at least), they do unfortunately often deserve the bad press they get. However, Ellis & Co in N15 are in a completely different class, and are an example of what good quality estate agents services can be - it was a welcome surprise to discover them. They are the best agents I have done business with for both selling and renting property, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
