From our first telephone conversation to the closure of the sale and collection of keys, Mustafa has been consistently pleasant yet professional, and has kept me fully informed throughtout the process. For all my properties in

For all my properties in Tottenham I only use Ellis and Co/ West Green Road. The service is excellent. Low turnover of staff so I always meet the same people and this makes the Landlord and Agent relationship very personal. I know they take great care whom they place in my properties and if they feel the tenant is not right we do not procced thereby avoiding bad situations. I am also left with the feeling that they value the Landlord and Agent relationship over an above the commission and this give me the confidence to go back time and time again. No hesitation in receommending them to any other Landlords in the area.

This was our first time

This was our first time letting through an agent. We found them to be very easy to work with and we were kept informed on a daily basis of viewings/possible interest from prospective tenants. We were very picky with the type of tenants we wanted and they did their best to filter applicants as required. Would definitely recommend them.
