We just sold a small
We just sold a small apartment through Ellis and Co. It was a highly positive experience overall. They are professional and honest. Ellis and Co will give you a realistic appraisal of what the property may fetch. They won't promise sky high prices, but nevertheless they try very hard to generate as many viewings and offers. They know the N15 and N17 area well and thus know how to market the property effectively. After an offer is agreed on, they follow through the process (I now realize chasing solicitors is not an easy task!) They do not pressure you to accept offers you are not comfortable with. The sale process is not always smooth sailing and our initial buyer pulled out. Ellis and Co quickly remarketed the property promptly and without additional charges. Great job done and I am glad we engaged Ellis and Co. Highly recommended.

I would like to say that the
I would like to say that the experience of the sale of the property of which my Granny bought was great. In fact, EXCELLENT!!!!! From speaking with Umut who was presentable, professional, caring and friendly to dealing with Mustafa who took us through the main bulk of the sale of the property. Mustafa made us feel comfortable. If there was a concern, he addressed it straight away. He went above and beyond, mine, my grannies and my mums expectations and gave us professional advice. He was supportive when we had any concerns and was professional as well as honest and caring. I would defiantly recommend this branch as they are trustworthy, experienced, they know their roles and what they are doing. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. If I was to purchase a property in the same area, I would go to them first. On behalf of my granny, my mum and from me, a HUGE THANK YOU!!!! :-)

Over the 12-13 years, I have
Over the 12-13 years, I have sold 2 properties with the help of Mustafa Khalifa and Elis & Co. Mustafa is exceptional. He knows what he is doing, he is experienced and gives you peace of mind in an otherwise stress full time. I cannot rate him high enough. Thank you is not enough, for what you have done for myself and my family Mustafa. I also would like to mention the Director Azid and Letting Manager Kay Ali. Elis and Co, Tottenham branch....well done to the senior team. Really personable, warm and friendly. You get the strong feeling you are in good hands and you are being looked after. You are not just another statistic, or means for a commission. I would happily use their service over and over again.

I started my purchase with Ellis and Co and was nervous buying in the current market. Mustafa was a breath of fresh air from negotiating only behalf and to ensure I am confident throughout my purchase. He came across a very honest person who was catering for my interest all the way through to the point I collected the keys. It's been a great experience dealing with Ellis and Co and Mustafa. I was first introduced to the
I was first introduced to the agent by Mustafa Khalifa. Mustafa is very proffessional in his approach and explained every aspect in clear detail whilist i was handing over the property to Ellis to manage. I would recommend any to landlord who has a property in this area to speak to him due to him being polite, proffessional and very detailed in his work. I felt secure and safe knowing that Mustafa and his collagues have been overlooking my property whilist in their management at Ellis and Co. The service provided was excellant and i am hoping to pass any future properties on to this agent once acquired.

My partner and I were first
My partner and I were first time buyers and started looking in December 2013 at a point when the property market went crazy! We had dealings with several estate agents in the Stoke Newington/Tottenham area and are ultimately extremely happy that we saw the process through to completion with Ellis and Co. They were very easy to deal with, always quick to respond to questions and requests and very accommodating at all times. Their straightforward attitude and stress free approach was just what we needed as first time buyers and I'm in no doubt that their level of service would be very hard to come by at larger, more corporate agencies. I would recommend them very highly.

I don't normally leave
I don't normally leave reviews due to my hectic time schedule. I did however feel compelled to leave a review for this particular estate agency and agent that I had used recently. Some experiences at other agencies had left a very negative review of the industry on a whole with me. I hold honesty and integrity in high esteem, especially when making such a high level purchase with anyone. The other agencies seemed more interested in fitting their square shaped jigsaw piece into my triangle shaped slot by heavily pushing properties that I clearly stated would not be of interest. Not keen listeners, just heavy handed sales pushing!. I then came across Ellis & Co... Mustafa listened, understood and advised me in a way the other agencies did not. His level of insight was instrumental and his honesty and integrity was thoroughly refreshing and clear. Our house purchase went through smoothly and we are absolutely delighted. Thank you Mustafa and your team at Ellis & Co, you truly are a diamond in what felt like a very bruised and murky haystack. Thank you for restoring our faith in the property industry.

Mustafa Khalifa and his team are so energetic that selling my property causes no much stress. They handle it excellent from the day he talk to me the possibilities of selling my property until the completion day . They are always there to answer all you want to know. Our property was sold very quick as I didn't expect maybe due to their advert and good relations to buyer and seller. I have been very impressed
I have been very impressed with the service received from Mustafa Khalifa. He was the agent who managed the purchase of a house in Seven Sisters. The client care was professional, responsive, honest and met my requirements in terms of being informative and efficient. Mustafa arranged on site independent mortgage advice as well as recommending a local Solicitor who in my opinion offered offered value for money for the service provided. I am grateful and wish all conveyancing matters could be dealt with so effectively and efficiently. Mustafa has also helped me to let a flat and again this transaction was handled professionally meeting my requirements of good vetted tenants and the rent achieved was market value. I am a satisfied customer who would recommend this approachable agent Mustafa Khalifa. Ellis & Co. is the preferred agent if I was to let my property again via an agent.
