As soon as we met Mustafa we felt that he was very trustworthy and reliable, and this has been proven in all our dealings with him. Mustafa visited our property on two occasions to provide both a rental and sales valuation. On both occasions he was prompt, friendly and very professional. He was extremely respectful of our home and made us feel very at ease. He spent time discussing various options with us including time frames, the buying and letting procedure and how to maximise the value of the property. His valuations were sent to us the following day in writing and by email. When we decided to rent out the property, Mustafa took us through the ins and outs of being landlords very clearly. The agency moved very quickly to organise photography and line up several viewings. As a result, the property was rented within a few days.
