As buyers you.normally feel the agent is working entirely on sellers behalf, which is right, but felt they were on your side too. Integrity is everything in this industry and they have it in spades. They don't shy away from telling you news you don't want to hear,, call when they promise and in our case pushed our own sale forward which was seriously floundering.. My only regret was that we hadn't engaged Maddison's to act for us on our sale, we might have moved 18 months sooner. Deborah herself is very personable, clearly loves what she does and inspires her staff to do the same.
