Madison (Deborah) really gave our viewing the personal approach and it is evident they look for the people that fit the house and they make sure that you are given some time to really explore the potential property. Best viewing i have ever had with an estate agent.

Maddisons were the vendors agent and acted superbly throughout. I know now that the property had been on the market with another agent before Maddisons took it on and had struggled to sell. Maddisons had clearly been involved in making it look more attractive to potential buyers and they nailed it. Their marketing brochures etc are beautiful and the various agents I met from Maddisons in the 2/3 viewings were all charming, intelligent 'soft-sellers'. I said to Deborah on completion that without any doubt, she'd sell the property again when we want to do so. Maddison's take a much more "end-to-end" approach to selling a house than other agents I've experienced. I.e. They oversee and involve themselves in every step of the process - from telling you in plain English exactly what you need to do to your house to make it more appealing to prospective purchasers, right through to following up on queries your buyers may have with their new home after they've moved in. Of course they are professional, friendly and efficient. The big difference though comes when they conduct viewings of your property. There is no "Viewing team" comprised of part-timers who only work weekends and may only have seen your property for the first time 15 minutes prior to the viewers arriving. Instead owners are banished from the house and the agent handling your sale personally conducts the viewing. The agent not only knows your house inside out but seizes the opportunity to proactively sell the benefits of it to viewers in a way that the owner could never do. Verbal feedback comes immediately after the viewers have left, with written follow-up a day or so later. Add into this, the fact that Maddison's fees are very competitive and really you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving them a try. I cannot recommend Deborah and her team highly enough.

Outstanding level of courtesy attention to detail and personalised service

I found the Maddisons team outstanding. They showed genuine interest and provided comprehensive advice about how to prepare our house for marketing which we followed and resulted in achieving our asking price in a few weeks. Maddisons Residential were representing the vendors of the house we had fallen in love with. Our experience of working with the team at Maddisons has been a very positive one. They gave us some great advice and support through the whole process of selling our house.
