Maddison's take a much more "end-to-end" approach to selling a house than other agents I've experienced. I.e. They oversee and involve themselves in every step of the process - from telling you in plain English exactly what you need to do to your house to make it more appealing to prospective purchasers, right through to following up on queries your buyers may have with their new home after they've moved in. Of course they are professional, friendly and efficient. The big difference though comes when they conduct viewings of your property. There is no "Viewing team" comprised of part-timers who only work weekends and may only have seen your property for the first time 15 minutes prior to the viewers arriving. Instead owners are banished from the house and the agent handling your sale personally conducts the viewing. The agent not only knows your house inside out but seizes the opportunity to proactively sell the benefits of it to viewers in a way that the owner could never do. Verbal feedback comes immediately after the viewers have left, with written follow-up a day or so later. Add into this, the fact that Maddison's fees are very competitive and really you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving them a try. I cannot recommend Deborah and her team highly enough.
