Selling your parents house after being granted probate is never going to be easy but I felt the Maddisons team went over and above to make the whole process manageable. I was a tenant with Maddisons for 18 months and only have good things to say about them. From the initial viewing through to the final check out, they were nothing but professional, polite and easy to deal with. Throughout my tenancy they were responsive, helpful and reliable, and there was always someone available to reply to my (many) questions - even if they weren't able to provide an answer immediately, communication was open and transparent, with updates provided regularly. I've rented from other agencies before but had never experienced the level of care that Maddisons provided - as an example, even after I moved out, James was kind enough to visit the property and collect a parcel that I'd mistakenly had delivered there, keeping it safe for me until I was able to collect it from the office. I'd recommend them to any prospective tenant, and if I were to rent again in the future, I would look to go with them.

Maddison’s have been great for us as renters. We encountered a few issues during our tenancy that they were incredibly quick to resolve, particularly plumbing issues where Michael (the nicest plumber we’ve ever met) arrived within a few hours of us notifying them to sort it out.
