First time for me moving into a rented place, so I wasn’t sure what to do but the team at belvior was very helpful, from the document signing to the house viewing. Collecting the keys was straight forward and we have settled in nicely. However it has been a full month and a week we have gone without a working hob, when we turn the hob on it will trip the lights on the top floor. we notified Belvoir a few days after we moved in and we have just been left in the dark, I have a two year old living with us so some teas are impossible to make

Hi Elena Thank you for your feedback. When you raised your issue with the oven blowing the electrics on 13th November, we obtained authorisation on the same day for our electrician to attend to check your electrics. On 14th November, the electrician fixed a socket and advised a new oven was required. On 15th November approval was given to price up a new oven. On 20th November you spoke to Olivia who advised you authorisation had been given for the new oven. Our appliance contractor unfortunately quoted for the new oven rather than supply and fitting. This was immediately authorised and the oven was ordered and installed for you. I fully understand your frustrations and I thank you for your patience with this issue. The Belvoir Warrington Team

In terms of getting us moved in, no problem at all. Tend to reply very fast all good in that area. However, I’m currently £80 down due to a mis-communication. We needed a tree removing from the property before moving in which was agreed would happen. I was asked to get quotes etc.. I was then communicating this to the landlord through the letting agents. I asked to speak to the landlord directly as I was having to arrange the contractor but the landlord was paying. I wasn’t allowed to do so. Long story short, the contractor did the work, the landlord wanted to use someone else, and we ended up having to pay some of the bill. Staff, Grace was great. Just a shame about the above. Not sure why I had to get a quote myself when I was moving from Leicester to Warrington.

Hi Nathan, I am not sure what has gone wrong here. There has obviously been a miscommunication, we never ask our tenants to obtain quotes. Good to hear the service was great with Grace and thank you for your feedback.

Some of the staff are not very friendly, They told me that the rent will go up without even asking my landlord first, pretty expensive with everything Even though their customer service is not the best the staff seems to be very professional in what they do.

Were perfectly fine until I told them I was moving out of rental. Then they wouldn't confirm viewings until the day of, or sometimes less than an hour before! Not on time for viewings so I had to deal with the people viewing when they arrived. Let people viewing look in my cupboards in front of me and left shoe prints on my upstairs bathmat. Never explained to me when/how to request my deposit back. Before moving out they were fine no issues.

Hi Katrina Janette my office Manager has tried to contact you on a few occasions with regards to your negative experience. When we arrange viewings we give 24 hours’ notice and ask upon arrival would you like us to take our shoes off. We advise on how to release the deposit, giving full deposit ID reference and also a contact number for the DPS. I can see this has not happened, I can only apologise for this. I have a new team member who at the time was undergoing training. I am pleased to hear prior to this everything else was fine with your tenancy.
