Belvoir has managed my house in Birchwood for 7 years. They found a great tenant and everything gets sorted on time. The rent has never missed a heart-beat. Keep it up. Kamran
First time for me moving into a rented place, so I wasn’t sure what to do but the team at belvior was very helpful, from the document signing to the house viewing. Collecting the keys was straight forward and we have settled in nicely. However it has been a full month and a week we have gone without a working hob, when we turn the hob on it will trip the lights on the top floor. we notified Belvoir a few days after we moved in and we have just been left in the dark, I have a two year old living with us so some teas are impossible to make
In terms of getting us moved in, no problem at all. Tend to reply very fast all good in that area. However, I’m currently £80 down due to a mis-communication. We needed a tree removing from the property before moving in which was agreed would happen. I was asked to get quotes etc.. I was then communicating this to the landlord through the letting agents. I asked to speak to the landlord directly as I was having to arrange the contractor but the landlord was paying. I wasn’t allowed to do so. Long story short, the contractor did the work, the landlord wanted to use someone else, and we ended up having to pay some of the bill. Staff, Grace was great. Just a shame about the above. Not sure why I had to get a quote myself when I was moving from Leicester to Warrington.
Some of the staff are not very friendly, They told me that the rent will go up without even asking my landlord first, pretty expensive with everything Even though their customer service is not the best the staff seems to be very professional in what they do.
Were perfectly fine until I told them I was moving out of rental. Then they wouldn't confirm viewings until the day of, or sometimes less than an hour before! Not on time for viewings so I had to deal with the people viewing when they arrived. Let people viewing look in my cupboards in front of me and left shoe prints on my upstairs bathmat. Never explained to me when/how to request my deposit back. Before moving out they were fine no issues.
Not what i was looking for couldn't/wouldn't help me..
