The ‘move in’ side was helpful with Paramount keeping utilities connected. The emails from Katie before move day eased things too. Goodlord kept sending automated instructions which I couldn’t respond to. But overall a positive experience. Thanks.

Excellent service, efficient and relatively prompt. The renovations were done incredibly swiftly and to a very high quality, albeit over budget. Paramount found excellent tenants in no time and have so far been a joy to work with.

I've had a very good experience with Dexter and Katie at Paramount, they were lovely people, professional, gave me all the necessary infos and I was impressed with their reactivity and organisation regarding the paperwork once the tenancy was signed. The only negative comment was that they said the bills would all be set up under my name and ready for me once I move in, and it wasn't done straight away which led to some complications on week of move. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone.

I am sorry that you didn't have the utilities set up and ready to go - this can often be due to a backlog on the end of the utility providers - we send these off as soon as tenants take occupation of a property. I sold my flat in December with Paramount. Right from the start, I found their approach always to be professional yet warm & friendly...and willing to do whatever it took to get the flat sold. They were excellent dealing with both sides to get the sale completed. The only reason I didn't give them 5stars is that I felt that I was the one negotiating a higher sale price with the buyers...I felt paramount was too cautious and that may due to the current market.
