We used Paramount recently to let out our flat and were pleased with the service. The staff were responsive (in particular, replying to emails late at night and throughout the weekend), the property was let quickly and they secured good tenants. We were especially impressed with the service provided by James and Spencer. Paramount didn't manage to secure as high a rent as they originally claimed they could, however, all in all, it was a good experience and we'd happily use them again/recommend them to others.

Having had experience of various letting agents across London over the years, I am very impressed by Paramount and would say they compare very favourably against other agents, plus their fees are some of the lowest I've come across which made the difference to me as I was on a tight budget. The speed and diligence of their response to my initial online enquiry about my property was really exceptional - I logged my interest for the property online at around 11pm on a Tuesday and they emailed me back before 7am the next day offering viewings. On viewing day itself nothing was too much trouble by way of letting me check things, ask questions, and view the property a second time. This made all the difference to my search and to me being able to secure the property I had my heart set on. After that, the contract and check-in process was also relatively efficient and pain-free, and I'm really happy in my new home - no horrid surprises about the place once I was in - the agent and property description were honest and accurate. Would definitely recommend to others, in fact have already done so once.!

We can honestly say we had a really good experience with Paramount - from viewing the property with Dexter to sorting out the paperwork with Jason it was all very hassle-free - we were never put under any pressure and all queries were handled professionally and helpfully. They also don't feel like a rip-off compared to other estate agents out there - the admin fees are more reasonable than others which only means we'd want to use their services again.
