Adam and Lucy are very professional and a credit to Paramount. 4 stars rather than 5 for a lack of organisation/drawn out process at the firm-wide level, but all told a good experience.

We used Paramount recently to let out our flat and were pleased with the service. The staff were responsive (in particular, replying to emails late at night and throughout the weekend), the property was let quickly and they secured good tenants. We were especially impressed with the service provided by James and Spencer. Paramount didn't manage to secure as high a rent as they originally claimed they could, however, all in all, it was a good experience and we'd happily use them again/recommend them to others.
