Arranged a viewing. Not prewarned it was resident permit parking only so spent a couple of minutes looking for somewhere to park. On our walk to the property we got a text message to say the letting agent was leaving and we'd need to rearrange. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a negative experience with harborne office as they were delaying to respond to what I asked for. I had finalize deal with other dealer depending upon their response.
