Not good experience I view a flat and I told the lady am interested .she said I will email u the form when I get to the office , which she did..and was call later in the day that I get the flat . after 5 mis was call again, that the landlord said if I can pay 625£ someone offer to pay 625£and I said no it 600£ I can offer I was told I will be call back which she naver did am not pleased with Martin and co.

don't make the mistake we did to go with martin and Co! We fell for some of the good reviews (which I now believe is not real). Don't fall for the best real estate of the year awards. We had the worst experience with them.

Twice booked viewing, took time off work and at the last minute viewing cancelled twice. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. WASTE OF TIME

Spoke to manager Shanti Bailey today and her customer service skills were absolutely appalling. Rather than wait for me to finish speaking, she kept interrupting when I tried to explain why I had called, she was already in a defensive mode before I’d even explained what I was potentially complaining about. She then laughed and tried to say she was coughing when I could audibly hear her laughing when I mentioned I wasn’t impressed with her customer service skills. Rather than take responsibility for a mistake made by one of her staff members and offer a simple apology, she’s spoken in a rude manner, interrupted me, kept interrupting me after noticing I was getting audibly more frustrated and upset, and instead of trying to deescalate the situation, has laughed at me and tried to insinuate that nothing will happen from my complaint and any complaints I raise against her despicable behaviour. We’ve always had positive dealings with Daisy Collins who also works with Martin and Co and so it was even more shocking that Shanti would respond and deal with a highly sensitive situation in such a manner.
