I was a resident in landmark place, and as I was moving houses and stressed with luggage and furniture, I had an emergency last minute call to attend work. Ms Nicola Smith was a great help, answered my calls in the weekend, and arranged for my luggage to be collected from the concierge as I won’t be available to hand them in myself!!! Very professional, extremely helpful, and empathic and understanding beyond words!! Thank you for making a stressful event stress free! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Nicola at Seraph goes above and beyond for the owners at our complex. She's very quick to respond to any emails and always follows through. We feel that she really cares about our safety & wellbeing. She is 100% reliable and a 'let's get it sorted' person.

Seraph have managed a flat I owned in a block of flats for several years now. They are always responsive and fees are reasonable. Recently I sold this flat to my son. The solicitors we used were so appallingly slow and unprofessional that the deal almost fell through. We completed the sale within one hour of the expiry of my son's mortgage offer. Were it not for the help we received from Seraph in phoning both sets of solicitors when they were ignoring my calls, I doubt we would have had the will to carry on pushing to complete the deal which was crucial for my son.
