I was investigating the issues around physical accessibility to building areas that have steps, and asked Gianni. He responded immediately with a lot of generous detail, showing knowledge of all the subtleties and practicalities that residents might face with various of the options. This is typical of my experience with Gianni - getting issues addressed quickly, and without bureaucracy. Gianni went above and beyond in his support of us as residents here, and I know that many others in the estate also hold him and his work in similar high regard.
