I had a problem with some damp due to cracked render on the outside of the property and a leaking boiler overflow pipe, I had been in contact with Reema and she's been amazing through the whole process of getting it sorted, very quick to reply to any questions I had and a general delight to talk to through the whole process. Seraph as a property management company tick the boxes as far as I am concerned. I had to call them after hours on a Friday evening, the office line gave me message which then gave a mobile number for out of hours emergencies. I called them as the property had no power and no hot water. The call went to voicemail and I left a message stating the problems. A few minutes later a guy called me back, he spoke in a professional and polite manner and said he would get an emergency electrician to call me. Ten minutes later the electrician called and again he was polite and very helpful, he described over the phone how to get the power back on, which I thought was great and he said the diagnosis would be the water heater, he said that he would get the parts that usually go on them and arrive about 10am on Saturday morning. On Saturday morning I text the electrician telling him I was there and he responded saying he was just finishing a job up and would be over about 10:30. At 10.20 he arrived It was the water heater leaking into the electrics on the side and he had to disconnect this and made a couple of calls possibly to suppliers and also to a plumber. He then told me he arranged for a plumber and then left, about 45 minutes later the plumber called me, we went through a few of the details and he said he would be with me in about 30 minutes. 25 minutes later he arrived, I like people who turn up on time. He soon got the water heater working again. I believe this service was excellent with great communications. Following this the emergency telephone number guy called and I told him I was happy and that everything was back to normal. Great service to be honest, I cannot criticise anything they did so I give them top marks all around.

About once a week I feel very grateful to the wonderful Seraph Property Management team who took over management of our flat. The weight off my mind having it run by professionals is unexplainable. It was always a constant low level stress thing worrying about tenants and money. Can’t recommend them highly enough Rhianne Haig Douglas Haig thank you so much.

I've been an owner of an apartment in a building run by Seraph Property Management since late 2016. I've never once had any problems communicating issues to them and all my requests have always been taken care of politely and quickly. The building has been run well and maintained to a high standard under Seraph's care - I couldn't ask for more. The block manager, Liam Nolan has been particularly helpful these past few weeks as I look to sell my property, having put together everything I asked for quickly, allowing my sale to progress without delay. Clockwork just completed creating one large new Kitchen/living room area from two rooms. Praised by us and new tenants as a superb living space. During the project we found the craftsmen involved to be approachable and helpful. Jonathan Townsend consistently engaged very well, thoughtful to involve us where appropriate in decisions on the fine details.

Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
