I rented a flat managed by Seraph for a period of 10 months. Overall my experience was good. Communication at the start and end of my tenancy was excellent although during the tenancy, response times could be quite slow with regards to general enquiries and repair requests. Everything did get resolved eventually though. I was very happy with the check out process - Katie H. was very efficient on email, and my full deposit was returned to me quickly with no quibbles. Overall I have had a good experience with Seraph. Thank you.

Had exceptional service and assistance from Joe at Seraph when the lifts were out of service at my blocks of flats. He went out of his way to help me as I had long Covid at the time and was struggling walking up the stairs. Thank you Joe.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We are owners of a flat in a block managed by Seraph. Joe at Seraph has been super helpful and knowledgeable about the issues facing flat owners and has been instrumental in moving things along with the local authorities in resolving these issues. Thank you Joe!

This company took a little while to respond to my emails, however all queries I had were answered with a simple phone call. This company really tries to look after prior tenants, and it shows. I would have given them 5 stars, but it did take just over 105 days to receive my deposit. Besides the return of the deposit, I would recommend this company in comparison to other letters such as Rocket Residential or Let Right.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

May I please suggest to hold the annual general meeting at the place of the residents? If it is held at the office of Seraph, it causes complications due to parking, working hours etc. Why cannot it be done on Saturday for example when people have more time even if they need to stand in the hallway?

In regards to the AGM's we would always do our best to host these on site where there is the appropriate space available. We do not think it is suitable for us to hold an AGM in a hallway as we have meeting room facilities available from our offices. We have an apartment property where the building is managed by Seraph. We have attended two meetings now which have been informative, transparent and well managed. We feel very comfortable knowing the Seraph team are fairly representing our interests, they communicate quickly when issues occur and manage the building, and partner relations proactively . Well done guys and keep it up !

Seraph Property Management have been superb with me from the start. I have been with them over a year now and every issue I have ever reported has been taken into consideration and action has been taken to sort it out. Edit (2022) I've changed my review to three stars instead of five, the reason for this change is that after 4 years they became quite complacent and stopped sorting out problems as swiftly. I moved out at the time of a mice infestation between the walls and ceiling of the building, which I had taken every effort multiple times to report for 3 months but even at the time of my move the light sockets had been pushed down by the mice trying to break into the flat and the problem was never sorted as they were reluctant to actually call proper pest control.
