I moved out of a private rented property. To be told I hadn't paid my full deposit that I had. Was told that they would send me a link to claim it back. Been messaging them with no response. How hard is it to answer texts Paris is fine its Kelly who moved from Belgray to Whitegates. Just been reading other reviews, why does the manager/owner mainly responds to positive feedbacks and not poor ones

This agency is a failure. Posting outdated ads. I wanted to see an flat for rent. The lady made an appointment for me and 15 minutes before she called with no keys so I can not see. The next day she called and arranged for me to meet again. Again the same situation. 15 mins before calling the flat is not in good condition ... (photos show something else). Posting obsolete notices should be punished. I have a question, Who will reimburse me for travel costs? Informing 15 minutes in advance is not fair. The agency is not serious. Someone should do lust whit this windy agency.I never again want to have contact with this agency!!!

Hi Agnieszka, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry that we let you down. Unfortunately, the tenant was moving out and didn't give us keys in time for the first viewing. When we eventually gained access the following day, we found that the property had been left in poor condition and wasn't suitable for viewings. I will contact you in relation to reimbursing you for your travel costs as I completely agree that this wasn't your fault and you shouldn't be out of pocket.

If i could give them less than one star they would get big fat 0. Customer service is terrible, someone should give them a proper training how to speak with customers. Today, after being their tenant for 3 and hlaf years i had my worst experience in my whole life, guy who works there was laughing at me, and when i asked him for a reason why, he had nothing to say. Please stay away from this agency!!!

Only giving them 1 star because I can't rate them zero! I have received terrible service for the past 18 months - most recently I called and asked to extend our contract on our rented house for 12 months, they told me they would have to ask my landlady and would call be back with confirmation. 2 weeks later I had no confirmation so I called the branch, nobody answered the phone (even though the branch was OPEN) so I left a message explaining my situation and left my name and number. Still heard NOTHING. I called them again today (2 weeks on from the voicemail message and 4 WEEKS on from the original call) and was told my contract was sitting there ready to be signed. The staff member had no explanation as to why nobody had called me, nor did he have an apology. And yet we will still have to pay a £40 admin fee, even though nobody could be bothered to make a simple phone call! I can't wait until we don't have to deal with this terrible company anymore! **EDIT** I have since been contacted by the head of lettings who apologised profusely for how poorly we have been treated. The matter has now been resolved. And while I still would rather not have to deal with this business I appreciate the apology I have been given and am grateful for the swift and courteous service received from the head of lettings.

Only one star because I can't give them any less! Absolutely disgusting company! I cannot wait until my contract has ended. The customer service is appalling! No interest in the tenants what so ever! It's a shame because our landlord is fantastic.
