Shame shame shame!!! Unprofessional staff. Waiting 2 months to fix ceiling... They ignoring clients. Shame!!!
Stood us up for an appointment. Stay clear. My partner and I booked a viewing for a property in Liverpool. As we were given a time and a place, we assumed that this booking was confirmed. Alas, after traipsing across Liverpool, on a typical British Autumn day (a lot of rain), we arrive at the property, to find, no agent. I called them immediately, (as I was getting soaked) to find out that they tried to email us and call us (40 minutes before the appointment) and because they had no response. They bailed... There was no message to inform us of this. So we rang them and told them what we thought of their professionalism. Don't let through them. Just out of principle. *** To answer your response, we have informed you directly of our disappointments and given you feedback which you have said that you have taken on board. I.e. who ever took our initial booking didn't write down our email address correctly and didn't, in our opinion, try and contact us with urgency to confirm. We had one missed call from you 30 minutes before, when we were on our way. But that's okay whatever you need to say online to justify your rubbish customer service is fine!
After not having any luck finding us a tenant and showing a tenant around that claimed housing benefit after we said no housing benefits,we said we were going to a different estate agents and they were collecting the key, wouldn't hand over the key and then said they didn't have the key because a member of staff forgot to take it out their file and return it to office. Have to drive an hour just to collect the key ourselves. Response to the owner's reply ● You did show a potential tenant round that didn't meet landlords criteria, I know this because I'm the landlord. ● The agent was on her day off and offered to collect the keys to save us the hour drive each way. We explained this on the phone and we had told you the name of the agent who was collecting. If you were unsure you should of contacted us. As for your comment about what she was wearing.... It doesn't matter what she had on, it was her day off and she was dressed for the weather wearing a summer dress and sandals not a crop top. If I'd have turned up in a crop top would you have refused to give me the keys to my property?? Also your staff didn't even ask me to show ID as proof of who I was so why does it matter if my agent didn't have ID??
Worst agency ever! Never willing to help, no response or help provided in case of emergency breakdowns, avoiding contact with you when you need theirs assistance or help, they are trying to earn more money on you and trying to rob people from deposits even when all conditions were fulfill! Very bad attitude from the agents and management!
Wanted to view a property with this agent but they couldn't be bothered to go back to the property a second time in one day. Extraordinary attitude, and a lost, potential, cash buyer.
never responded to emails and/or phone calls without me making follow up calls/emails. Repairs not completed, Flat was damp - tried to charge me despite me having reported the problem 11 months ago. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced - I am aghast that they have any positive reviews. Avoid at all costs.
