They contact you incessantly prior to signing to secure your tenancy, once you have signed however communication is abysmal and the staff in the office are rude and abrupt including one lady called samina who i have been attempting to liaise with, but replies only after you have sent her several emails with no apology. The property was not even cleaned thoroughly prior to me moving in including a rancid smell coming from the fridge/freezer, there was still old food in there and i had to clean it from top to bottom. They did state they would reimburse me £15 after i sent several emails but no follow up response about when and how i would be paid this amount. Absolutely the worst estate agents i have ever dealt with. Never again.
