I tried this agency in Wolverhampton, and i have to say I have never had such horrible service in my life. First they took first months rent twice, then it took about 4-5 months to get it back. I wonder how on earth they become no 1 letting agency in UK. I would suggest never use their service.

Terrible service. They booked a viewing with us and we travelled from the outside of Manchester to be here. They called us 5 minutes before the viewing to cancel it and just said they couldn't do anything about it and if I wanted to change the time. Not even an apology.

The worst agency ever! Rude people, especially two guys called Liam and James. The agency charges you at the end of contract for inventory check out, cleaning and everything, even though the flat was absolutely disgraceful when I got in the first day. They are also not approachable, not professional and they don't help you if you need, they don't reply back to emails. It's been a very bad experience. If it was possible to give less than 1 star rating I would have done it.

The worst letting company I have ever dealt with, and I've lived in 3 countries. The fees are astronomical and the staff is unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. Trust the reviews and save your time and money by going elsewhere. You're welcome.

We rented a property with Martins and Co for 2 years. Poor Service overall never responded to emails and left us without heating in one of the rooms 2 months during Winter. It took them 9 months to replace a Sofa that was a health and Safety Hazard despite several calls and emails. Up on Checking out we've been hit with a cleaning Bill after we deep cleaned the apartment before we left. This was very disappointing as the apartment was a disgrace when we first moved in and had not been professionally cleaned. It has taken over a month to get our deposit back I would strongly suggest you don't rent a property through Martin and Co.

They are not good at all; some staff can be rude when you have a problem with the rent property and they really don't care once the contract has been signed. In my opinion, the team could be relatively young and require professional training in both property knowledge and customer service.

Getting anything done, or even your emails replied to, by these people is an exercise in futility.

I called the branch to enquire about properties that had been advertised on Rightmove. The employee was very rude and abrupt when asking about the date I would be ready to move in. I initially overlooked this and continued with the interaction but following more rudeness I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction. I was told to “piss off”. I then told him that I would be making a complaint and he responded with “I couldn’t give a flying f**k”. I understand that estate agents may get busy at times and have a lot of people who are wasting time but I don’t think this is an acceptable way to deal with a potential client.

The worst people in the world, but hey, they're estate agents, what do you expect. Money-grabbing do-nothings.

Horrible service, they hung up on me and were very rude. Also they never pick up the phone, I do not recommend them AT ALL!
