As a tenant I would never use this company again. To use the term 'useless' would be an understatement. The staff working in this particular branch were rude and made no attempt to help us with any of the problems we had with our flat. Being forced to chase Martin and Co on 3 occasions regarding simple problems is not acceptable.

As a Landlord these people have been very difficult to deal with, never returning calls nor sending account statements.

Couldn't help you less if they tried. Unhelpful, patronising and smarmy. They'll probably try and charge me for this review

Terribly unorganized and really not friendly on the phone. I was waiting at the place to view a property when i was told my viewing will be cancelled because the agent being late and he will go straight to see the next scheduled appointment. Later, before the rescheduled viewing, it was cancelled again in a rather unfriendly way.

If there is less than one star in this rating I would choose it. Without saying a long story, I dealt with unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. It is not recommended.

This company is awful, they even took the liberty of representation to the council tax without my authorisation. They retained my deposit unlawfully for 2 months, and endless problems with ... they are close to thiefs! of time and money.. avoid them at all costs ...

Service can't be worse. After you pay, suffering starts. You need to beg for basic things. Disrespect. The only thing you can do is you finish your contract and leave and thank go if you have not lost and arm or a leg. If you care about yourself or your family, NEVER EVER think about signing a lease with this agency.

This is by far the worst letting agent I have ever been with. Jess is very rude and there is a huge lack of contact with tenants. I would never let with any of these branches again.

Very poor service, particularly by a guy called James. The staff are very dismissive in general. I sent a complaint through the post and it magically "appeared" only after I emailed the manager asking if it had arrived. The absolutely crazy fees show just how money-grabbing this company really are. Would never rent with them, definitely one to avoid.
