Very disappointed with the experience. Would not be using these again.

Terrible experience

We never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional, disappointing and cheating.We moved to one of their property in Nottingham on Dec2nd where we moved from London,with our 2.6 years old kidOn the very first day we found the Heater -reception room is uncontrollable, found some other major issues -Water leak in Kitchen, in WC, etc.When we called them to get help they said its not possible to send somebody , solve the issue.We waited for 7 days to get somebody to inspect the house.When we raised that this needs to be solved quick they threaten us to break the contract .After their inspection- It seems they understood the existing problems can't be solved with the tenant occupation.All of a sudden,we got a mail to agree to vacate the house within 10 days (ie before 20th Dec 5.30pm)with a note:WITHOUT PREJUDICE, we replied back,its not practically possible, its so threatening but we haven't heard back from themWe are really shocked, we plan to take this to Nottingham

Without prejudice, you can already tell from other reviews people's views of this agent are indeed split. I would highly recommend those of you seeking to rent accomodation NOT TO LET from this specific branch. They are rouge agents who only act in the best interests of their pockets. They delayed my move in by a whole month leavinge me homless and refused to offer any alternative accommodation or compensation for my troubles. Throughout my tenancy they took months to carry out any repairs and tried to blame the tenant for repairs, although the issue with the plumbing was later found out to be an ongoing issue that had affected the previous tenants. Even so they refused to offer any sort of apology. Tracy Egginton is extremely rude and aggressive. She seems to think she knows everything and therefore it is her way or the highway. It is evident that her autocratic dictatorship intimidates her colleagues and subordinates. It is of no surprise that there is a High turnover of staff. If you do not want additional stress and you do not want to become depressed then I highly recommend that you avoid this branch, students especially. Let at your own risk. This is soley my opinion of this branch.

Overly disappointing... would give no stars if I could!! All they want is a way of extort your money in every way. Ridiculous amount of application fees and non refundable, even if is they don't meet their part in the contract. Disgust by the staff attitude. Senior member of staff is unreasonable and rude!!! Worse customers service ever. Please AVOID this company.

If you enjoy renting a property with an incompetent agency who never get anything done then this is the agency for you. You just need to read through the nice collection of 1 star reviews they've earned themselves to see that.
