They are efficient at renting out the properties at good market rates with minimal empty periods. They give good advice, resolve disputes and give realistic market values. Many of the tennants have stayed for several years which I can only see as a good recomendation from there point of view and fast response to maintenance issues and realistic rental pricing...

I have dealt with Parker's Estate Agents for many years, and have always found them to be very helpful, cooperative and accommodating. Working as I do in the centre of Reading myself, I could pop in at any time, and they always were there on hand to calm my worries, and explain things I didn't understand. I have had especially close contact with Damian, Ben,Amy and Mark, who have all gone out of their way to explain processes and I feel the service I received was excellent. I would certainly use them again. Thank you

I had used Parkers Market

I had used Parkers Market Place in the past on three occasions and was delighted that the service level hadnt dropped. I have just made a purchase and the eperience was just the same. The appointment to view was made quickly and the agent was on time. They were informed about the property and any queries were answered promptly and accurately. The offer was conveyed to the seller and I was kept informed on a frequent basis of the sellers counter demands. The sale was agreed and although Parkers offered me extra services such as legal representation etc there was no pressure or pushy sales calls. I would definitely use them again...

Having sold many houses

Having sold many houses through various estate agents, all over the country too - I must take this opportunity of 'bigging up' the whole firm that I dealt with in the Reading Town Centre office. My first experience with the estate agent was when one of their 'fliers' landed on my doorstep, not the first one I have to admit, however as they stated that they have genuine investor buyers looking for properties in my area I thought I would pop into the office to see what they were all about - was a Saturday afternoon and I am sorry but I cannot recall the young mans name who I spoke to but all went very well and I was very impressed, he made a booking for the valuer to call round on Monday afternoon and then this was when I met Craig Pearson - honestly I cannot praise the guy enough, experienced, knowlegable, friendly and proffessional - all rolled into one - now I am NOT the sort of person who writes reviews but credit where credit due - we agreed a price to sell my house at, agreed their terms - there and then and he busied away with his posh laser tape, describing the house as he went and also took excellent photographs - so much so that I was almost tempted to buy it myself!!! I digress- within 48 hours Craig brought around the eventual buyer agreed to pay me almost the full price and all went through the solicitors and mortgage company within 3 weeks, yes 3 weeks - so quick in fact that I found myself needing to rent a small 1 bedroom apartment and guess what? Yes thats right Craig came to the rescue and organised a 6 month let where I am right now typing this actually. All in all an excellent firm to deal with, I don't think I have ever needed to call them throughout the whole process except to pick up the keys for the rented place. A job well done and I would definatley recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Keep up the good work Craig and all the team behind you. Steve..

A very personable service

A very personable service from all the staff particularly Amy. I found her very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definately use Parkers Reading again and recommend them to my friends and collegues as they have restored my faith in Estate Agents !

I have used the Lettings team

I have used the Lettings team at Parkers in Reading many times over the last 10 years. I have always found them to be fast and efficient and, even though I place my properties with a second letting agent too, it's invariably Parkers that find the tenants. Most recently they very quickly found me some excellent tenants for a property and the whole thing was smooth from start to finish. The team there really seem to know what they are doing and they also seem to have the hunger and will to make something happen. I would highly recommend them to Landlords.

The staff were very helpful

The staff were very helpful and offered good old fashioned customer service. I hope to use both their lettings service and purchase 2 or 3 properties via their services, so fingers crossed they come up with the properties that are suitable for my needs. Thanks to Damien very attentive.

New review: I have now moved into the flat and had to come back to edit my review from the initial 5stars. Although, the key collection process was smooth and the inside of the house was clean, the storage room in the flat is full of pre-packed boxes. There are also a few areas in the flat that need repair. I have complained about these issues and I am hoping they get cleared/fixed soon. Old review: I just applied for a rental property with Parkers and the entire process has been smooth and transparent. Callum was really helpful, responded on time and communicated clearly. The viewing also went well as the team was there on time and they were very professional. The referencing process has also been smooth thus far. I’m hoping that moving in and staying at the property will be as good as the onboarding process was. I will revisit this review then.
