Absolutely horrendous, botched everything to do with check in and check out, botched the deposit recovery process, gave the adjudicator the wrong amount, created a lot of agro with leaving tenant and new tenant, made a list of mistakes as long as my arm, would NOT recommend to anyone. PS: I can see a condescending response below from Gina which has no bearing whatsoever on the issues discussed.

I've been trying to get this company to fix this leak in my bathroom since 2018 it's 2021 na and it still hasn't been done 🤬
Called about a flat and was told I would be sent a video tour via email, this was never sent so therefore I never was able to even have the opportunity to get the flat
Honestly, it's the worst service I have received and that's me being honest. Contacted via zoopla in regards to a property, I got a email on a Saturday asking me for details. I provided all details they needed and it's been almost 2 weeks since I enquired to just discover the property I was interested in was let and I didn't not get any correspondence at all in regards to it. Be nice to get a acknowledgement of the property going, but better to give someone answers then having to find out myself. My previous contact with this company was just as bad. Got a viewing for a property to be told that the landlord won't even look at the applications but choose from random, I rang the company up within minutes of the viewing and was told I would get the applications shortly, nothing. The next morning I emailed to be told that the property was let as I did not send in the applications which I never received. I did complain, and was given the application to try, shouldn't have tried since hours later I was told no. Won't go here ever again from the lack of service, this is a honest review if you wanted honesty. Found much better estate agents who help their customers.
We called last Saturday afternoon regarding a viewing. Told someone would call me back to arrange. 6 days later and still waiting.
Horrendous once you've moved out and staff don't seem to communicate with each other. Tenancy finished early September and emailed about our deposit a couple of weeks later. My email was 'forwarded on to the relevant people'. Waited another two weeks and emailed again as we didn't hear anything; 'Your email has been passed on to Mohamed who looks after your property'. Waited another two weeks and emailed Mohamed as we didn't hear anything; 'Helen is dealing with your deposit'. Two more weeks later and Helen replies stating that the landlord is deciding what he wants to do... We decided to send a Statutory Declaration off to the DPS (Costing £10 for a signature) in order to get a response from the landlord within 14 days as it was getting ridiculous. The landlord replied to the DPS two weeks later; he disputed the deposit and wanted to receive £560 out of £750. The deposit was put through the DPS independent adjudication service in December and the landlord received just £90 for some cleaning - his claims were outrageous and I'm glad the DPS saw through this. A highlight was £150 to cover a router removal - the landlord hadn't even removed it! Looking at other reviews, it's blatantly clear that landlords love Martin and Co (I wonder why!) and a lot of tenants seem to have problems. The service was fine whilst being a tenant but the service after we moved out was appalling.

My son and daughter in law rent a house through this branch. All went well until they had repairs done in what they claimed was essential work . No heating no hot water for a week with a new born baby . The office blame everything else but themselves. Martin and co organised this work they are responsible. The work was rushed and was sub standard. The service from Martin and co is abysmal. No call backs emails sent at 5 pm closing time so you cannot respond. Look at all your poor reviews. Not a reason to use this branch with the poor level of service and care taken . You are affecting peoples life's and the stress of a new born on top of this is just a level beyond. I have been a tradesmen all my life and this house is bodged up . You will be reported to environmental heath and the ombudsmen in due course with legal action is coming your way .
