This leak in my bathroom has officially been dripping for 3 years. And apparently this company don't know anything about it everytime I ring or email. Even though I've been complaining and trying to get it fixed for the last 3-years. Everybody must be suffering from amnesia. Do not sign any legal binding contract with these people

Hi Leon, We are aware of the leak and have confirmed this with you several times and explained the contractors have had to wait for access provided by the tenants. If you could refrain from calling our office verbally abusing members of our team and verbally abusing them when attending viewings in the local area we would be grateful. Was due to have a viewing at a property last week with Laurianne, and received a voicemail the morning of, asking for a return phone call to confirm the viewing and if I didn’t by 12pm it would be cancelled. I called back 2 minutes later, speaking to Gabriella, confirming I was still attending the viewing in the afternoon. I then rang back again in the morning confirming with Gabriella where I will be meeting Laurianne, as I received no email confirmation or anything, which she stated to ring the property number when I arrive and she will meet me there. It was a 30 minute walk to the viewing (in the rain I might add) and when I got there I rang up a third time to ask where to find the lady who was holding the viewing, in which Laurianne answered and told me because I didn’t “confirm” the viewing it was cancelled. I went on to tell her I had in fact rang back twice to confirm the viewing. She apologised and said it was not communicated to her by Gabriella and that she was in the office and couldn’t make the viewing. I work full time so this was the only day I could do due to the upcoming bank holidays. So, I was told I’d receive a video tour, however have had no further contact and no one picks up when I have tried ringing them. Very unprofessional and a big let down and waste of my time.

Terrible experience looking to view a property. Was phoned at 12:05 and informed that I needed to call back or the booking would be cancelled, so I phoned back immediately and was told by an agent that my confirmation was received and my appointment would be going ahead. When I arrived for the viewing noone showed up and after calling the office to investigate was told that my booking was cancelled as I had not called back before 12 to confirm - something physically impossible to do, especially as no time limit to reply was mentioned in the voicemail I received. On top of this the agent I spoke to saw no need to apologise to me for the waste of my time and travel cost due to their lack of organisation.

The office loses its credibility due to incorrect claims and delays in returning the deposit. I do not recommend dealing with him at all, especially international students. —————- Thank you, the Dispute Authority in disputes and retrieved it from the office and the treatment was very bad

Very poor etiquette, a company consumed by their greed of money, me and my partner went to view a house on day 2 of people looking, the next day in the morning I made it abundantly clear that we were putting in an offer before close of play, when my partner called them, Martin & Co clearly thought we weren't going to beat the highest bid and had put forward the (before our bid) highest as it stood. They lost out on even more money because we were the highest bidders but they jumped the gun after seeing £ signs. I won't be dealing with this company again, first impressions and all that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is the most unprofessional and disgraceful, I will be happy to let everyone and anyone no. Should of gone off first impressions… take my word for it stay away!!!
