This is the worst letting agency in the United Kingdom, I live in their Swansea property and they are very horrible and are of no help, they just ask for the rent and if anything happens while you’re the the property they would pay no attention

It’s absolutely ridiculous – not a single response to calls or emails for an entire month! If they’re so bloody busy, why don’t they hire more staff?

Absolutely terrible service....this is the second time I have left a review, I used another site that prompted them to contact me, that was 2 weeks ago, I was promised I'd be kept up to date with viewings, I've left 2 requests for properties last week, nothing has come back, as others have said, forget speaking to someone on the phone..no chance, called in yesterday, I was given a name to call Arwell, no answer so left a voicemail plus a text, what a surprise, no response, they are trading under false pretenses..disgraceful service

If you’re looking for an estate agents, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Really unprofessional, they never answer the phones and on the occasion I did get through they are very dismissive. I managed to book a viewing with them which was disappointing as we were rushed and the agent didn’t really know much about the property. We did register interest and as we had not heard by the end of the day we withdrew our interest to which we had an instant reply. Plus, the fact she was going to be away from the office for a week makes me think, did she really have any intent on following up? New edit having the agency respond: Although the member of staff was going to be on annual leave, her words were 'it will have to wait until I'm back' - there was no intent at all in accommodating us

Dear Anisha, My name is Ben Davies and I’m the Director of Belvoir Swansea, Sketty and Mumbles. Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Naturally, we’re disappointed to receive it although we can understand your frustrations. In fact, we too share those frustrations. When I first opened the business in 2010 I would show a rental applicant maybe 5 or 6 properties. 14 years on, my team have received 2300 rental applicants for 30 properties in the last 4 weeks in my Swansea office alone. Sadly, we only get paid by the Landlords on the properties we Let and not by the number of rental applications we receive. When those properties are Let, it leaves happy Landlords, a small number of happy rental applicants, but also many, many unsuccessful and unhappy applicants. Unfortunately for rental applicants, this is an ongoing national issue as highlighted by the BBC last year https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-67006468 In reference to your comments about our team members knowledge of the properties, we can certainly look into this as a potential training issue. Thank you for your feedback on this. Regarding, our team member being on annual leave and you receiving an out of office response, I’m not sure what to say. If you're interested in selling or letting, use any other company because this one doesn't answer calls of buyers. Have been very interested in viewing some properties I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 4 weeks now. Have called 10+ times, sent at least 7 different emails, left voicemails, even talked to the stupid chat bot on their website. Not a single response. Not even an automated email. Absolutely insane. If you can, go to any other company.

Almost impossible to get hold of anyone. Asked months ago if we can park on our driveway as experiencing hassle from the beauticians below yet, still not received a response. You could call all day everyday and still be sent to voicemail every time. Looking to leave my tenancy early as result of a number of different factors. If landlords want happy tenants do not use this company. They are very, very poor.

Utter garbage Joseph is just trash, you can never contact them, and they’ll never give you their “promised” reply. Dealing with them is like talking to the void, you get nothing back

That said, if your real name is Paper then we cannot find it on our system. We can see that you are an international student from your other reviews so we can only ascertain that you potentially applied for one of our rental properties. If that’s the case, we are dealing with around 1500 rental applications into 25 available properties per month. It us disgraceful that the phones are never answered or if you lucky to get through no one returns your call. Business hours are not adhered to as there is never anyone there. You would think that doing business was a top priority but obviously not

Please do not believe this company they are Liars. Joseph and the letting team lied to our faces and the Landord. Award winning company they must have lied to get this award too. Be careful people absolute snakes Wish i could give -stars...
