Poor service, never reply or answer emails in an appropriate timeframe. Don’t implement what they have been instructed to do. After 5 years of giving them business I am extremely disappointed with the appalling service. Do NOT recommend them at all

Most incompetent company I’ve ever encountered. Try to enquire for a couple properties both online and on the phone, but no one even bother getting back. Typed in everything online to book a viewing, always no reply. Tried to ring them, no one available. If you are not gonna check your email or voicemail, might as well remove all contact details on the website and close the whole thing down. Dont waste your time on Belvoir.

Awful. They do not answer their phones (if you've been experiencing a higher than average volume of calls for an extended period of time, this is now your average and you need to hire more staff, not ignore clients), they do not respond to emails or voicemails despite these being checked "throughout the day" apparently. They do not follow up if you submit an enquiry via the AI chat on their website. How are you supposed to contact them? Check the negative reviews - they all say the same thing.

We're really sorry to see your feedback Stephanie. Unfortunately, we are dealing with an extremely high volume of calls. While we do indeed have measures in place to manage our call volume (we employ a call answering service and we have processes to check and respond to messages, emails, online enquiries), there may be delays on occasion. Our existing clients do have direct access to the members of staff they need to deal with, however, for general enquiries, our best suggestion if you are unable to get through is to leave a message or send an email with your details to swansea@belvoir.co.uk. Please note that for rental enquiries specifically, we are receiving upwards of 60 applications per property, due to the huge nationwide rental demand at present. Therefore, we do allow up to 3 working days to respond to any lettings applications. We cannot locate your name on the system of our existing contacts, nor within our call answering service or online enquiries, but you may have provided different details when you tried to reach us. Please reach out to our Lettings Manager at kirsty.macdonald@belvoir.co.uk, or our Sales Manager at james.smale@belvoir.co.uk, depending on the nature of your query, and they will ensure a member of the team makes contact with you as soon as possible. The worst estate agency. They never reply your email or call. When you walk in, they will send you home and require you to fill in the application form, which they never reply neither. Check other comments! The negative comments are so true!!! If you are the landlord, please consider to use other agency company as Belvoir is irresponsible. There are few immediately available property on the website, and they refuse to start my application process immediately, even though I walk in to the company.

As a landlord, i found they were very nice, until you signed the contract. Then it was difficult to ever get hold of them. They took weeks/months to reply, and reports of checks were written too late. I have had to do extensive work which could have been avoided if they had picked up on the damage in time. I spoke to the rental manager, kirsty, who I thought would help, but she then also began ignoring my emails. I haven't been with them for months but they are still sending me emails saying they missed invoices and I need to pay them. I would never work with them again and would never recommend them to anybody

They don't answer their phone, you email them and ask a someone to ring you back - they don't and they do not update their signs outside the property.

I rented a flat with Belvoir, at the beginning they were really responsive and helpful then after I had to pay the whole rent upfront, the service was really disappointing. I sent several emails to ask some informations during my stay in the flat and they would never reply to my emails or answer my calls. The overall experience was bad and poor quality service!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Very unresponsive, horrible. In short, they do not answer calls or emails. I viewed a property, where I was told that only one-year tenancy was possible whilst I was looking for only six months. The agent told me he would talk to the landlord about this and get back to me the following day, which never happened. I tried to call them, but never got through, so left a voice message. The next day, finally I got through, meaning it was me that had to call not them, so they ignored my voice message. I was only told the same that six months was not possible. Several days later, they sent me an application form of the same property which stated "minimum six months tenancy", so I filled the form and returned. However, this was completely ignored by them. Overall, very confusing, unresponsive and unprofessional. I would never recommend this agency.

The property you viewed in particular has had over 50 applications since being listed, so we are sorry that yours was unsuccessful on this occasion. While a six month fixed term is the minimum we require in general, this can vary from property to property, depending on the owners requirements for the tenancy. When enquiring about rental properties they just do not respond. Emailed and phoned and finally spoke to someone who promised they would send an application, heard nothing and have just given up.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Dont get back to you when you phone to veiw a property. You have to keep phoning to try to get a viewing. Not good business practice
