Did nor meet my needs or expectations
My initial experience with Belvoir! was pretty positive that was up until I agreed to use them to let my property. Communication has been appalling and as a new landlord I really needed a company to offer more support. Emails have gone unanswered even when I have raised concerns. Sadly I would not recommend them
Lived in a Belvoir property for a year and a half. The people that work in the office are very nice however sometimes it was difficult to contact them and response times were slow if people were off on annual leave. The main issue for me came with the land lord that they were representing. I had an ongoing maintenance issue from November 2023 till when I left the property in February 2024, it was never resolved. The land lord tried to hike up rent prices to pay for the cost of the repairs, which is why we ended up leaving. I also believe the land lord acted in extremely bad faith with regards to the deposit. I believe more vetting needs to be done by Belvoir to avoid these rogue land lords that they represent.
Constant miscommunication as they do not seem to read messages/ emails and as a result, relay messages to landlords incorrectly. Lack of replies, even acknowledging that emails have reached them.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Wouldn't recommend.! Poor communication they are Jokers.! Took my details to contact me waited 2 weeks, nothing when I contacted them again they said we will contact you it's been 3 months nothing, it was for renting a property so had to rush to get with other ones where the service was far better.!👎 …
I had booked someone in for a valuation on Friday at 2pm. I was around all afternoon and no one showed up. Not even a phone call. I called the office around 4pm and their manned answer service said someone would call me back. I am yet to receive a phone call. Shockingly bad service.
Contacted this estate agent via their online enquiry service asking for a valuation, contacted by them and arranged an appointment for today at 3pm. Cancelled my last job of the day to be able to make the appointment, being self employed this cost me. The agent did not show up, did not phone, thanks for alienating a customer and making us feel worthless and putting us out of pocket due to your either incompetence or disrespect.
HOMEOWNERS AND LANDLORDS BEWARE... YOU ARE LOOSING MONEY DUE TO THIS AGENT NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE OR REPLYING TO EMAILS.
