Use Maddison’s ! Seriously . They are clearly far and away the best agents in the TW area . We had a very tricky house to sell . It was old , attached and had problems with the survey . We initially worked with one of the ‘traditional ‘ old agents in TW who were hopeless . After 9 months we switched to Maddison’s and couldn’t have been more impressed by the service we received . Although two transactions fell through due to the survey , they remained calm and attentive throughout and helped us come up with a plan that eventually allowed us to sell the house . Good people , super professional and without a trace of the complacency that you can find with other agents .

I would not hesitate using Maddisons Residential again. From the initial meeting to the final sale they were a pleasure to deal with. With a team in place to support you during each phase it made communication easier and the responsive rate was impressive. Our sale process failed to proceed three times due to chains collapsing and whilst I was pulling my hair out, Deborah and the team remained calm; kept telling me to hold my nerve and reassured me along the way. As our sale was linked to our purchase of a new build I needed to ensure we did not miss our exchange deadline. But I shouldn’t have worried as I had the best team on my side and it all went through in the end.
