All landlords must recognise that things are likely to go wrong from time to time. I put my flats in the care of Professional Properties and I have no cause to regret my decision. When I was faced with a tenant who was less than reliable, the team acted swiftly and efficiently. I would not look elsewhere.
Just want to say a huge thank you to Ann Teale the Student Manager. Nothing was too much trouble in helping me and my friends find a property for next year. Thank you Ann I would not hesitate to recommend you and your company.
What a fantastic help Ann was. Me and my friends were looking for a house and Ann the Student Manager was so helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are looking for Student accommodation for next year
Rent a house for foreing people in UK is not easy, but they help you in everything. I recommend this Agency to rent a house in Derby. They are great!
Very good agency! People who are working there are very helpful. Any troubles or concerns I had, they dealt with them very quickly and efficiently.
I have found Professional Properties to be very efficient and as their name suggests...professional. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to a friend.
Very quick with responses and ensured a smooth move into my new flat.
During the whole lettings process they provide a great service again and again. Professional by name, professional by nature!
Excellent customer service staff are very helpful. Compared to my previous letting agents who had very poor slow customer service.
Great experience dealing with such a professional bunch of guys! Would highly recommend them for your property needs!
