Worst Letting Agents ever. Never reply to anything you email them and they deliberately ignore you in order to avoid providing you with a viewing. Totally unethical business.

Terrible. Professional Properties are not Professional 1. They said that I have to apply with my husband (so we paid apply fee double) but it’s not true. They cheated to get more money! 2. They lied about bills. There are 100% more than they said. 3. They will run behind you, but when you will pay apply fees they will do nothing, making you crazy because they can’t say you will have this flat or no. They said I will wait 7 days max for decision and keys, I was waiting 3 weeks. Never again this agency 😧

The WORST letting agent i have ever encountered. I am a former tenant of a property rented by them in Derby. They allowed us to move into a property without even telling the landlord we were moving in, so the landlord turned up to the house one day asking who we were and why we were there!?! It meant the house had not been cleaned and we were in a very awkward position. Whenever there was an issue with the property, it took repeated emails and calls to try and get hold of anyone. Every single person in the office tells you they will ring you back and almost noone ever has, unless it is because they want you to pay them something (fees, deposit etc). When i rang to find out about the deposit repayment, it turned out they had basically forgotten about us! Just genuinely the biggest headache of my life and I'm so glad to be out that house.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING letting agents. I have had the misfortune of renting two different properties from 'professional' properties and both times the process has been awful. Last year I moved in to a property that was filthy, had no internet for the first month (part of our contract) and the boiler broke within a couple of weeks. This year I moved in to another of their properties (BIG mistake) and despite paying the property application fee in June and contacting them multiple times we only eventually received the contract last week (4 days before the start of our tenancy). We moved in to find that the house was filthy, the oven was not working, the bathroom had no light, the shower and taps in the bathroom didn't work, there was no internet again (part of our contract). When we tried to contact them we just kept getting the same useless answer saying that they would contact the landlord but nothing has been done about any of these issues. DO not use this letting agency - totally useless and UNprofessional.

Don't rent and buy

Be aware of this agency!!! Don't rent nothing. Also i don't trust that they telling to buyers all of. We have problem with boiler on our property i have saved communication. Before end of our contract they was send us company on repair but they was telling boiler is death, it need to be change. Agency still want our rent when we almost don't have warm watter and verry bad heating. And it is first month when we telling no. Till now we was like idiots pay! New men whichone buying this house don't know about this, also about broken fence. So please protect you and your friends, and looking your living throw different company!!!!

Now I don’t live in one of their properties I can write this, I was in a student property. first of all we moved in and that was fine the moving process was fine, moved in, day one the beds all broke we reported this and nothing was done, we lived there for a year and they were never fixed, got told at the end of the tenancy that it was our fault they were broken, we were told we would get new carpets throughout which never happened, oven stopped working and never got fixed so we were left without for 6 months even though we reported it repeatedly, our gas kept going out and we were for some reason told it wasn’t topped up and was our fault, when we proved it was topped up we were told we were showering too much and that it was yet again our fault, once they finally agreed to send someone out they found a hole in the pipe and was nothing to do with us, we managed to fail every inspection being told the house was a state even though we never received a cleaner and the house was a state when we moved in, our December inspection was due on the 29th December, for some reason they came on Christmas Eve and told us the house was unacceptable, well of course it was it was Christmas Eve we were having a drink for Christmas!!!! I will NEVER rent with this company again, and I would go as far as to say that we were harassed, one of our house inspections we failed because there were 4 pots in the sink, well yes we just had breakfast and we LIVE THERE, for the inspections we were basically expected to move everything we own out and hire Kim and aggy to clean up, was not fair at all. Just want to point out I have since rented a property with another company and have had 0 problems, have failed 0 inspections and am not scared to own things in my own flat. I’m not trying to say we were perfect tenants but we did not deserve the amount of harassment we got. Ridiculous company.
