Very poor repairs department. Lovely property but rubbish left in garden, old fridge freezer,, contractor waste in bins so I can't get them emptied. Doors hanging off and not being able to shut them. Boiler not working and currently sat three days without any hot water/heating. The repairs lead lies and lies saying I've been called but definitely not had any calls. Rang was told the contractor was coming, but hasn't. Only decent person is Megan who is helpful and understanding. I definitely have had no calls from contractors or the lying repairs guy. Very very disappointed in the service so far

Whitegates damaged my property and I reported them to the Police.

Estate agents did not lock the front door on 3 separate occasions. Didn't reply to my email, then sent a right to rent check. Just silly

If you are a student and no power to defend your self, my advice is to avoid whitegates. We had lot of bad experiences with them and had to end up in a very bad financial situation because of them. There are many other letting agencies with nice people. This happened one and half years ago and now we are back on our feet. I am leaving this review as a duty for the society.

The most horrific experience from the nastiest estate agents I have ever had to deal with. Years of lies, excuses and bullying behaviour, especially from Tracey, Chan and Olivia.

Poor customer service, don't help with repairs or organise assistance to resolve issues. No support and poor staff customer care throughout. Very picky with minor wear and tear just to claim money back from tenants Avoid....

Wage answers from repair department. Not responding on time. chasing since 7 weeks now.

Incompetence personified! No understanding of contracts or how they work, the MD is never available (or so they tell you, but my wife sat in their offices today and observed the ladies on the phone telling someone he is not in the office while he walked past), told my wife to climb 4 meters up to change an external lightbulb that was too high for the electrician to reach, argued with me that wet and damp are two different issues, have sent me three differing calculations for my final rent payment
