WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. After getting me into the flat, getting their commission, they just disappeared. It's been a month now and i am now trapped in a contract and a flat with no working appliances, broken radiators and furniture. They do not attend to issues raised, do not respond to emails, or even bother to break any other promises any more. I guess my only option is go legally from this point on. In the meantime I thought I should protect others from them! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!
Extremely poor service. The phones rings to voicemail but never returned, when they do eventually answer they seem clueless.
If you are selling your property, better stay away from those clowns. They know nothing about properties they sell. They promise to get more details, but they never do. They promise to call back, but they never do. They are unable to even organize a viewing (was calling them 3 times asking for a viewing, they never came back !!!). And I am a cash buyer that is willing to buy a property straightaway. Honestly, I can't remember when was the last time I experienced such pathetic service quality. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
Poor services for tenants
Avoid this company we rented a flat through this agency passed us to elm and co in cholton (audrey) alot people's complaining they never give back deposit currently i am going through deposit resolution day light robbers keep all proof of communications and deposit
One of the stuffs (Mr. Yari) gaslighted me, while the rest of them (Miss Carine especially) just have no patience and responsibilty to solve any repair/replacement problems. When you start a conversation with "is there any chance to", they reply one word "no". The lady (Ina Lehmann) who is responsible for repair issues , who promised the landlord would reimburse a part of the repair cost, ended up with no response about your request. I deducted the cost from my rent, until then I received the response but in an threatening way.
Despicable immoral company. They rip off BOTH the tenants and landlords. Impossible to speak to a representative unless it's a scenario where they require more money and only then will they allow you to make contact. I actually went into office but they were only interested when they thought I was a new commission, as soon as they know you're not it's the same old story "they will get in touch soon" I'm still waiting for them to get in touch from october and i've tried to make contact MANY times since. For your mental and financial health avoid at all costs. Avoid Avoid AVOID.
EDIT Belvoir reached out to me to my personal phone and email (they didnt even bother to spell my name correctly) to ask me about my experience. Here is what I replied. "We were shown the property by someone who wasn't able to answer a single question. I was told I'd be called the next day after I said I wanted to make an offer. That didn't happen. I called the next day and no response. I showed up to the office minutes later and the whole team was idle, just chatting. Did you not hear the phone? The back an forth took literally forever and whenever you'd tell me I'd get an answer by X date, I never heard from you, I had to call you to chase you. We manage to get the offer accepted, not thanks to you, but despite you. After discussing with my husband the experience, we decided that we did not trust you to take us through completion effectively. We would have loved to buy the house. But it was the experience you and your team provided that put us off. If it wasn't for you, the house would be off the market already, so I thought the seller should know this." ORIGINAL REVIEW Hey! If you're the seller for the 3-bed house in Ancoats, know that we withdrew our offer in July because Belvoir are just terrible at responding and we did not feel like they'd facilitate the process. I know you're still selling it. I strongly advise you to change agency.
