Worse letting agent I've ever used. Continuously slow at everything, and barely replied to any queries, requests or emergencies.

We just went to view one flat and I feel more than lucky that we didn't take it because with this agency viewing means to book another 20 people who are interested about the same flat at same hour. So can you imagine, that u are under this agency and agent will take that many people (strangers) into your flat while u're not at home "very professional"! Another things like, agent knew nothing about property and when obviously from 20 people 3 of them were seriously interested he just said with smile on his face, who will send money first, will get it. What money? How? I would never send money to someone without any proper contract! Never ever!

I wish I have read the reviews before dealing with this horrible agent. They book a viewing, take your contact details. Then they don't turn up or even bother to call! You view a flat and once you pay their admin fees and a deposit, they move you into a different dirty flat!! And refuse to give you your many back! Anyways, legal action is taking place soon, but steer away from this SCAM! BTW, the single is star is just to be able to post the review, the don't even deserve it.

Worst letting agents I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Genuinely tried to tell us the dog smell in the house we'd just rented was from steam cleaning, and continued insisting no dog had been at the property even after finding dog toys in a cupboard; nothing was ever done by them about the smell, though we finally got rid of it. They asked if they could come paint in the middle of winter, after eventually convincing them how stupid this was and to do it in summer, they never got back in touch. Emails frequently ignored. Inventory was not completed until a few hours AFTER we had moved in, despite the property being vacant for at least a month. I cannot emphasize enough how little they care, or how incompetent they are.
