Rented from them some time back in Croydon. Awful service, misrepresented and unprofessional staff. They care only about the landlords and treat tenants as rubbish! Stay away from this branch of Goodfellows!

Gabriella Dene emailed me offering 1 bedroom flat in Morden and we scheduled a flat viewing, she didn’t turn up and when i called their office the reception put me on hold and after a couple of minutes said that the flat which was available 2 months later was already taken and said that Gabriella tried to call me on the same day at numerous occasions but I didn’t answer, absolute lie, she forgot about our meeting, I haven’t received any calls nor emails from her at all as she claimed, I do not recommend them at all, unprofessional staff and terrible experience!

I spoke to Rebecca and she is the most rude person i have ever heard. When i asked her for instruction for my client she said : am i speaking another language? and she hang up the phone on me.. Please avoid contacting this agency.. VERY RUDE

Very Rude and unprofessional and disrespectful staff at goodfellows Morden Letting branch, please be mindful when you talk to some of the staff as they are very aggressive and can charge at you, as I had very bad experience dealing with them, In my view staff need lesson in customer service and behavior, as they seems to behave like hooligans

We are sorry that you felt it was rude to explain that our landlords do not accept housing benefit tenants however Hannah is always incredibly pleasant and professional at working and was merely following company procedures.
