Be careful with this agency. They sent letters threatening you saying that they are going to kick you out of the property for things you haven't don't. They don't care about you, they don't corroborate stories or ask nicely. They take for granted you're guilty. They say I listen loud music during "unsociable" hours. Well, I go to sleep every day at 10pm, including weekends and never get up before 7am. I have no idea what they are talking about because, among other things, I don't listen music at home and I've always had my neighbours in mind. I feel very disappointed with them. Why didn't they send me a previous e-mail or contacted me asking if that was true? In their letter they say they may commence with the eviction proceedings. That is causing me an unnecessary stress as that letter is full of lies because they didn't even try to check the validity of those accusations.
The worst property management we have ever experianced. The manager who is called Sharmila definitely needs to learn about communication, respect and customer care. My husband and I tried to let a house with Goodfellows in Morden last November. We paid the holding deposit for the property and wanted to make some regulation for health and safety because there were tens of sockets and cables in every room. The staff said it was all right, they could. After then Ms Sharmila, the manager, said she couldn't make any changes in house by shouting and rudely. The way of her speaking makes us feel a foolish. We speak English as a second language but we are not idiots.We cancel the agreement and never work again this agency.
Booked us in for a viewing confirmed it with 2 texts to us and a phone call the morning of the viewing and then cancelled it without telling us. My partner arrived at the property and had to find out from the tenant that there were no more viewings that day. Complete waste of time.
Worst letting company ever. Every time we have to speak to them there is a problem. Also filled in a sentence on our letter after we sent the signed document.
Absolutely poor service, Renting a property and paying in excess £2000 a month and have not been able to carry out basic maintenance on the property. Repairs, damages, appliances not fixed for months, nobody is holding themselves accountable and keep putting it off. Staff hanging up the phone on me, not helping me or my family in a time of need and customer service, staff and agency is just not fit for purpose. Scummy area of London and agency to go with it stay well clear!!!!
